What I Share With My Clients
ThoughtFulls Pop-Open Cards
These little cards have become part of my massage practice. There is a card waiting for my clients to take home with them after their session.
I keep a variety of collections on hand, including Live Inspired, Shine, Love and others. Each card offers a simple message of encouragement, reflection, or presence.
A simple gesture.
Clients often share that it was the exact message they needed to hear.
A box of 30 cards makes a sweet hostess, small birthday gift or gesture of kindness to someone you know.
Resources I Love
The Art of Non Doing Essentials
Over the years people have asked about the books, tea, journals, massage & meditation tools and everyday items that support my work and my own personal practice.
I’ve gathered some of them here for you.
I only recommend products that I genuinely use and love.

Satya Nag Champa 250 gm Pack Incense (approx 220 sticks & includes wooden holder)
There is something about the scent of Nag Champa that immediately signals it’s time to slow down.
I use it daily, lighting a stick when I first wake up as well as during The Art of Non Doing practices to help create a fragrant little doorway between the busyness of the day and a quieter space within/
100% natural ingredients, handrolled , made by blending resins, herbs, spices with aromatic wood powders, charred coconut powder, fragrant oils and honey.
Light a stick. Settle in. Let the doing wait
Meditation Essentials
MLILY 4 inch Single Trifold Memory Foam Mattress
These are the mattresses I use for the Art of Non Doing retreats and Yoga Nidra sessions. They’re wonderfully comfortable for longer periods of deep rest, with enough cushioning to make lying on the floor feel genuinely inviting.
I especially love that they fold up when they’re not being used, making them easy to store or bring along to a retreat, workshop or quiet corner at home.
A lovely little landing place for doing absolutely nothing.
Massage Therapy
The Massage Sheets I Trust ( and wish I could find for my bed!)
These are the sheets I use every day and have purchased for years in my practice.
They’re so comfortable against the skin, hold up through countless washes and maintain a clean, professional look.
If you’re a massage therapist or have a table at home, these are the ones I recommend.
MERACH CV30 Pro Curved Vibration Plate Exercise Machine
I love offering the use of a vibration plate to my clients as a simple way to bring gentle movement and support healthy lymphatic flow.
Because the lymphatic system relies on deep breathing, movement and muscle activity rather than having its own pump even a few minutes of gentle vibration can be a lovely way to get things moving.
I have started using it myself as part of my own wellness routine especially when I’ve been sitting or feeling a little stagnant.
Stand. Breathe. Vibrate. Assist the wisdom of your body
